There are people in the world who like to scam others and do it whenever they can; which is unacceptable behaviour.

Paul Kuforiji goes round the UK not paying hotel fees; his trick is to have the card not be charged automatically then get the hotel to manually enter the card details. Then dispute the payment a month later – then the hotel will get the chargeback and he gets away without paying.
This person has done this many many times and all hotels should be made aware of this scammer.
He should be blacklisted from booking.com, has been reported many times but he seems to have found a way to get round the system or booking.com just doesn’t care about the scams going on on its platform.
